The beginning of the unprecedented success traces back to 1994 when the first NOBU Restaurant had been opened in a business partnership between Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro and other managing partners. With the original restaurant in New York, the Nobu brand is now an empire that spans across the globe, from London to Tokyo, Las Vegas to Malibu, Milan to Miami Beach, Hong Kong to Waikiki, Melbourne to San Diego, Los Angeles to Dubai and Moscow to Cape Town.

The first Central-European member of the rapidly growing family welcomes guest with an 80-seat restaurant including a private room and the sushi bar –an indispensable feature of all the NOBU restaurants world-wide. The lounge bar with 50 seats accommodates guests with a wide cocktail selection.
