Mercedes-Benz has chosen Hungary as the venue for a series of events designed to celebrate the brand’s 140 years of innovation. We are immensely proud that Fashion Street can be a part of such a significant milestone for a prestigious brand like Mercedes-Benz. On opening day, the new S-Class made its debut here during a press presentation, and in the evening, the street also hosted a VIP party combined with a Daalarna fashion show.
From May through the end of July, special venues across Hungary will host Mercedes-Benz’s unique series of events. Over the course of these three months, the series will feature programs where the heritage of the past and contemporary design, performance, and the mobility of the future naturally intertwine. Fashion Street served as the first stop on this series of events.
Fabiola Attorri, Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Hungária Kft., emphasized at the press conference that it is a great pleasure and honor for the brand to showcase the models illustrating the evolution of the S-Class on this iconic downtown street. In the Pappas Pergola visitors could admire the Benz Patent-Motorwagen, considered the world’s first automobile!
In addition to the vibrant elegance of Fashion Street, events will also take place in other parts of the country. The tranquility of the City Park Boating Lake and the timeless panorama of the Balatonfüred marina each lend their own unique character to the series of events. Each program unveils new themes, new models, and new perspectives. All of these offer an opportunity to discover the world of Mercedes-Benz from a different angle.
Mercedes-Benz Studio Program

In the heart of Budapest, against the elegant downtown backdrop of Fashion Street, the sophisticated moments of the Mercedes-Benz world come to life. Following the opening on May 21, for nine weeks from Wednesday through Sunday, you can get closer to the brand through a variety of activities. Artistic installations and interactive challenges await visitors, all filled with Mercedes-Benz stars. On special days, you can also take part in exciting games and an acoustic concert.
Merlin Theater – Mercedes-Benz Art Collection20

The Mercedes-Benz Art Collection was established in 1977 and has since grown into one of Europe’s leading corporate art collections, comprising more than 3,000 works by over 800 artists. The collection focuses on abstract constructivist movements, critical and social reflection, and works that respond sensitively to issues of mobility and design. For Mercedes-Benz, supporting the arts is a natural part of the company’s broader social commitment. The collection’s mission is to foster dialogue between art, society, and industry.
City Park Boating Lake – The Bustle of City Park

Balatonfüred – Guided Tour of the Marina
